Volunteer Coordinator (Part-time)

Northton Heritage Trust - Hebrides People - Northton, Isle of Harris

Salary: £25,000 FTE pro rata | Contract: 17.5 hours per week (6 months)

Hebrides People is seeking a passionate and experienced Volunteer Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, supporting, and managing a diverse group of volunteers to assist with our heritage archives and other activities at our Visitor Centre. You will recruit, train, and support volunteers, develop volunteer roles and training programs, monitor volunteer impact and report on progress, and promote events and engagement programs through presentations and social media.
