Fixed Term Contract to 31st May 2026

(with possible extension)

Salary Scale:

Assistant Construction Development Officer PA13-PA16

£33,686 - £36,924 p.a incl Islands & Car Allowance

Construction Development Officer PA17-PA20

£38,009 - £41,123 p.a incl Islands & Car Allowance

25 days annual leave (pro rata)

15 Public Holidays (pro rata)

35 hours a week

Flexi working available

Tighean Innse Gall is a not-for-profit registered society run primarily for the benefit of the community at large. TIG provides energy advice and support, care and repair services, and housing and community development services to the households and communities of the Outer Hebrides. TIG works in partnership with a range of local and national organisations to achieve its mission to support people to rent, buy and live in comfortable affordable homes.

TIG are recruiting to our housing and community development service. The successful candidate will be placed on the appropriate pay grade according to skills and experience. The successful candidate will work with our clients on a range of housing and community development projects including TIG led development through our empty homes project and rent to buy projects. You will have an enthusiasm for housing, community development, and energy efficiency.
