Car parks at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar’s Sandwick Road offices, Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais and the Acres will be closed this weekend to allow for road line marking to be carried out.

Car users are asked to ensure their vehicles are removed to avoid impeding the works.

The works take place with the closure of the comhairle offices and Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais for the public holiday on Friday.

The council offices and sports centre carpark should be back in operation on Saturday while the Acres carpark is expected to be completed by 8pm on Saturday night.

Alternative parking will be available at the Nicolson Institute staff carpark, with access from Smith Avenue.
