Senior Surveyor

EVH Grade: PA 22-25

Salary Scale: £34,931- £38,156

(incl of Islands Allowance)

Tighean Innse Gall is the local property agency operated for the benefit of the Western Isles community at large. An exciting opportunity has arisen for our key surveying post within the organisation and we are seeking a forward looking able individual to manage the surveying service activities. You will have an in depth knowledge of construction, the issues affecting the fuel poor and be a decisive leader. You will be experienced in working with partners on energy efficiency projects and managing all aspects of ensuring compliance and accreditation for funding. In addition, you will have a detailed knowledge of how to effectively co-ordinate the delivery of domestic energy efficiency installations. Your track record will include construction project delivery, managing staff, working with the public and managing contractors. Experience in fuel poverty policy and a degree level education is desirable.

Placement on the salary scale will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
