MT Engineer -
Starting Salary: £23,540 annum (rising by increments to £26,155)
We are seeking an experienced Motor Mechanical Engineer to undertake a variety of tasks, including providing technical support, such as maintenance and repair of the company’s Motor Transport (MT) fleet and specialist equipment. You’ll need to have a recognised Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship or appropriate alternative with an additional 3 years extensive engineering experience.
You’ll also be responsible for conducting calibration, test and certification of equipment such as hydraulic rescue equipment, Malms and AFS Ladders. As well as undertaking the management and administration of the MT stores (spare parts and consumables), you will be expected to provide other “Multi skilled” services in support of Vehicle and equipment.
