Stornoway RNLI has received a £1,000 donation from staff and customers of the Macaulay Road Co-op store in Stornoway.

The cash was raised through a raffle, bag-packing, and in-store collection buckets.

An additional £1,074.50 was raised for the lifeboat when the store hosted the Stornoway lifeboat fundraisers for three days in January as they held the annual RNLI SOS raffle.
