Former Point footballer Dòmhnall Alex Morrison has signed a professional contract with Inverness Caledonian Thistle (ICT).

The teenager, from Garrabost on Lewis, moved from the island three years ago, where he played at all levels for Point FC.

Since he went full-time with Inverness Caley he has played and scored in pre-seasons friendlies.

As a midfielder in the ICT U18 team he has also been played in recent victories over Ross County and Partick Thistle.

Last year he was also part of the league winning ICT U17 team which won 22 of their 24 matches.

Donald Alex said: “I loved playing for Point FC and without their support and coaching I wouldn’t have signed a professional contract.

“Everyone at ICT has made me welcome and I am looking forward to continue working hard and developing with the other boys.”
