FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused individual to lead the finance team, delivering all aspects of financial control and management accounting for the leading producer of Harris Tweed®.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, and supporting other members of the senior leadership team, the Financial Controller is responsible for the end-to-end finance processes, managing finance routines to a tight timetable and highest standards, governing finance processes, and ensuring that the team has the right training, tools and systems to enable them to do their job effectively.

Based in Shawbost, this will be a varied role, which will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to take on an interesting challenge within a thriving business. It will suit someone with ambitions to take the next step in their career, or with a desire to use their years of experience in a role where they can bring expertise and mentoring.
