Finance Officer

Fixed Term Contract for 24 months

(with possible extension)

Salary Scale:

Assistant Construction Development Officer PA22-PA25 £41,507 - £45,338 p.a incl Islands Allowance

25 Days Annual Leave (pro rata)

15 Public Holidays (pro rata)

35 hours a week

Flexi and Hybrid Working Available.

Tighean Innse Gall is a not-for-profit registered society run primarily for the benefit of the community at large. TIG provides energy advice and support, care and repair services, and housing and community development services to the households and communities of the Outer Hebrides. TIG works in partnership with a range of local and national organisations to achieve its mission to support people to rent, buy and live in comfortable affordable homes.

The Finance Officer will be responsible for carrying the quarterly and annual accounts as well as making sure that TIG is meeting its regulatory and statutory finance reporting duties. The successful candidate will have two years’ management accounting and reporting experience and must be able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
