David MacBrayne, the parent company of Cal Mac Ferries is looking for up to three non-executive directors to sit on its board.
A new chairperson is also being sought for the Scottish Government owned shipping and harbour operator.
The directors are expected to provide strategic direction to the company which is not only responsible for Cal Mac but for the management of Marchwood Military Port as well as Perth harbour.
The organisation also manages 16 ferry ports across the Western Isles and west coast - including, Tarbert, Lochboisdale and Castlebay - on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets.
MacBrayne’s board appointments are for three years and will take effect from this autumn and early next year. Reappointment is not automatic and is subject to performance and the individual continuing to satisfy the requirements of the role.
