Third Sector Hebrides is looking to recruit an Employment Advisor.
The Scottish Government launched Fair Start Scotland (FSS) in April 2018. It is a voluntary employability service that aims to support 38,000 people over a three year referral period.

Our advisors play a key role to the success of the Fair Start Scotland service, supporting participants back into work. Advisors are skilled in identifying participant support needs, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with each participant, using coaching and case management techniques along with specialist employability expertise. Advisors engage, motivate and facilitate vocational profiling activities with each participant to support them in their journey into suitable lasting employment using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, face to face meetings, telephone appointments, group activities and online resources. Advisors work with each participant to design their individual and personalised action plan.
