A third director has quit South Uist community landlord, Stòras Uibhist.
John Macmillan is the latest to resign leaving the organisation with only four elected directors.
In January, Angus Macmillan departed, soon followed by Duncan Aitken.
That just leaves Mary Schmoller, Norman MacAskill, Andrew Laing and Calum MacMillan.

Mr MacMillan served as director for a number of years including a stint as chairman.
His resignation suggests there will now be four director vacancies during the annual elections this summer with one of the current directors automatically stepping down in accordance with the organisation’s rules.

Mr Steel was ‘next in line’ after the elections of 2019 with 273 votes, said the board.

The new director also works closely with Visit Scotland and Outer Hebrides Tourism to promote tourism within the Islands.
Mr Steel who previously served as a councillor on the comhairle, gained official recognition for the South Uist Flag and designed and put into production the new official Isle of South Uist tartan.
He is a keen advocate for enhancing health and wellbeing within the islands and gives his spare time to various charities.
He worked on the Well Connected Communities project with Support in Mind Scotland and the National Rural Mental Health Forum as well as the the Highlands and Islands connections project.
