Job description
A position has arisen for a Clerical Assistant in our Stornoway Branch. Duties will include the following:
Sales invoicing
Purchase invoices
Subcontractors
Timesheets
Petty cash
Answering phones
Ledger journals
Balancing VAT
Reconciliations
Scanning
Filing
Personnel paperwork
Purchase orders
Raising new jobs
Job journals
Any other administration duties as required
Essential skills for the role:
Within G & A Barnie Group we work with a wide range of bespoke computer packages, full training will be given on all software and procedures. G & A Barnie Group Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
