Police are making inquiries after a boat trailer was removed from land within the village of Arnol on the west side of Lewis.
It was taken sometime during the last two weeks of January.
The trailer is capable of taking a small rowing boat, and has certain modification to it and would be easily identified.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 if they wish to remain anonymous.
