A 11-metre-long sightseeing tour boat was towed into Stornoway harbour after it broke down at sea.

The stricken craft which was around three miles off the Pairc coast, between Lemreway and the Shiants.

Stornoway relief lifeboat, Roger and Joy Freeman, launched around 4pm.

A tow was set up and the tour boat was taken to safety.
